Weddings are our specialty at On Point Entertainment. We believe in helping you create the wedding of your dreams. We can provide the music and sound system for your ceremony as well as your reception. Whether it’s elegantly formal or a wild party that you desire we will custom tailor the entertainment to your wishes.
Our DJs will keep the event flowing smooth from beginning to end by helping with introductions and announcements. We have plenty of experience with weddings and are guaranteed to look and be professional.
We will play the music you and your guests want to hear, and if there is something you do not want played simply tell us and we will gladly accommodate. You can choose all or some of your music or let your DJ choose the music that will get your guests on the dance floor, either way we will work hard to ensure your event is a success.

Before your reception:
· You will receive a Reception Entertainment Planning Kit from On Point Entertainment and access to our online planning tools.
· All specialty music requests will be obtained at no additional cost to you
· 10 days before your reception, we will meet with you, to finalize every detail about your reception entertainment. You will leave this meeting with a printed and signed itinerary of exactly how things will go at your reception
Here's what you can expect from On Point Entertainment at your reception:
I. Cocktail Hour:
When your guests arrive at your reception, we will have your choice of music playing in the background while your guests mingle and await your arrival.
II. Bridal Party Introductions:
Upon arrival of the wedding party, the guests will be introduced to each member in a fun and festive manner. This builds to a climax with the introduction of the bride & groom.
III. Dinner:
During the dinner portion of the evening, we will play a good mixture of music. The volume level will be low so your guests may enjoy their conversation and the great food you have chosen for them. In the case of a buffet, your DJ will help coordinate getting the wedding party and family through the line first, followed by your guests.
IV. Cake Cutting:
As your guests are finishing their dinner, your DJ will begin gathering the wedding party for the cake cutting. This is a great photo opportunity for your guests, so we will be sure that everyone is ready for the first slice.
V. Toast:
Once the cake has been cut and you have successfully smashed it in each other's face (that's what everybody is hoping, at least), we will then hand over a wireless microphone for the toast.
VI. Bride and Groom's First Dance:
After the bubbly has been poured and consumed, we will invite the Bride and Groom to the dance floor for their first dance as Husband and Wife. The special song that you have chosen will be cued up and ready.
VII. Other Formalities:
After the first dance there are several other formalities that can be done. These are completely up to you. Some of these include a Father/Daughter dance, a Mother/Son dance, a bouquet toss, a garter toss, a dollar dance, a generations dance, etc. etc. - These formalities are your choice and will be discussed at you reception planning meeting with your DJ prior to the event.
VII. Party Time:
For the rest of the evening, your DJ will play a great party mix of Oldies and Current music to keep your guests on the dance floor. We will also incorporate any special music requests you have made. We have been hired to entertain and that is what we will be ready to do for you and your guests.
